摘 要: | 铬的质量分数为12%的超(超)临界材料,主要用于是超临界(超超临界)火电机组用内缸、平衡环、阀体、阀盖、隔板套等关键铸件。通过四种超(超)临界材料的热处理工艺与力学性能的试验研究,分析总结了影响热处理质量的因素,优化了热处理工艺,提高了产品的合格率,满足了单件小批量的生产。

Abstract: | The mass fraction of chromium is 12%(ultra) supercritical material,it is used mainly for the(ultra) supercritical inner casing,gimbals,valve body,valve cap and some key casts.through the four tests and researches of heat-treatment technology and the mechanical property of the(ultra) supercritical material,this essay analyzes and summarizes the factors which influence the heat-treatment quality,optimize the heat-treatment process,improves the percent of pass and satisfy the production of small amount |
