| 摘 要： | 日趋恶化的精神卫生形势是当前生活面临的一个严峻挑战。而心理咨询与心理治疗作为最重要的应对策略之一,对此却显得力不从心。尤其是在国内,心理咨询与治疗的效果与大众的期待还相差甚远,而外来心理学理论与方法的低文化契合性则是其根本原因之一。因此,要提高心理咨询与治疗的有效性必须吸收本土文化的精华。中国传统文化的核心就是心文化,蕴藏着丰富而独特的心灵智慧,足以成为当代心理学发展及其本土化的不竭源泉。
