| Abstract: | Scientific development outlook was advanced on the basis of the summarization of the past development experience and lessons as well as in accordance with development of the times and the contemporary national conditions.Scientific development outlook has marked the profound changes from the pursuit of China's modernization construction cause for economic increase to the promotion of the overall,coordinative and sustainable development,and to the promotion of the overall development of economy,society and people.Thus,scientific development outlook is the historic sign of China's overall progress.We must stick to scientific development outlook and carry out the overall development of economy,society and people so as to abolish the humanistic poverty. |
