| 摘 要： | 职业枯竭日趋成为现代社会严重的职业病症,教师属于这一职业病症的高发群体之一。通过对职业枯竭症及其危害的概述和教师职业枯竭症特征的描述,分析了教师职业枯竭症产生的个体因素、环境因素等,提出了防治教师职业枯竭症的对策,如建立社会支援系统、加强学校人性化管理、增强教师自身素质建设等。

| Abstract: | The occupational drying-up is becoming one of the most serious occupational diseases in modem society.The disease is quite popular among teachers.In the first place,this paper describes the occupational drying-up disease and its harmful effect as well as the characteristics of the occupa- tional drying-up disease of teachers.Afterwards,the paper analyzes the individual and environmental elements that cause the disease for teachers.Finally,it presents some strategies for prevention and cure of the disease,such as to construct the social support system,to strengthen the human management in schools,and to improve the self-quality construction of teachers. |
