| 湖北省公共卫生人才现状研究——以襄阳地区为例 |

| 摘 要： | 文章通过调研发现,襄阳市卫生健康委员会、市疾控中心、市结核病防治院、市职业病防治院、市妇幼保健院等履行公共卫生职责的单位中具有预防医学专业背景的公共卫生人员占比不到50%。在基层公共管理服务部门几乎没有公共卫生专业人员,多是从其他医学类专业如护理专业、临床医学专业进行转化而来,基层临床公共卫生混合型人才极度匮乏。而本科及其以上学历的公共卫生人才目前很少下沉到基层,故加快公共卫生人才培养非常重要。

Study on the Current Situation of Public Health Talents in Hubei Province——Take Xiangyang as an Example |

| Abstract: | According to the investigation,less than 50% of the public health personnel with professional background of preventive medicine in Xiangyang Health Commission,Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Municipal Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Hospital,Municipal OccupationalDiseasePrevention and Control Hospital,and Municipal Maternal and Child Health Care Center perform public health responsibilities.There are almost no public health professionals in the grass-roots public management and service departments.Most of them are transformed from other medical specialties,such as nursing and clinical medicine.There is a severe shortage of mixed talents in basic clinical public health.However,the public health talents with bachelor degree or above rarely sink to the grassroots level,so it is very important to speed up the cultivation of public health talents. |
