| 摘 要： | 国家体育总局体操管理中心,于1988年聘请专家编写了<普及体操大纲>.于2004年,决定修改体操运动员1-3级大纲.<普及体操大纲>与<体操运动员1-3级大纲>的共同目标在于:让更多的人享用体操资源;能更好地利用现有的资源;使体操为广大群众的健身服务;能使广大群众接触体操、了解体操,从而促进体操普及工作的开展.如何将<普及体操大纲>与<体操运动员1-3级大纲>有机的衔接起来,是进行<体操运动员1-3级大纲规定动作>修订工作中,以及<普及体操大纲>的后续完善工作中,应给予高度重视的问题.本文从两个大纲的内容及其特征为切入点,提出将普及体操大纲和体操运动员等级大纲有机衔接的设想及方案.

| Abstract: | The Gymnastics Management Center of State Sport General Bureau invited exports to draw up "Popularize Gymnastics General Outline" in 1998. In 2004 "The 1 to 3 Grade General Outline for Gymnastics Athletics" was modified. "Popularize Gymnastics General Outline" and "Gymnastic Athletics 1 to 3 Grade General Outline " aim to encourage more people to utilize the gymnastics resources, and help people make a better understanding about gymnastics, thereby making gymnastic to serve better for people's exercise and promoting the popularization of gymnastics. Accordingly it is very essential to draw specific attention on how to combine "Popularize Gymnastics General Outline" with "Gymnastics Athletics 1 to 3 Grade General Outline" during the process of modifying and implementing above two outlines. In the perspectives of the content and characteristics of the two outlines, this paper proposed the assumption of combining the "Popularize Gymnastics General Outline" and the "Gymnastic Athletics 1 to 3 Grade General Outline " effectively. |
