1,6-二磷酸果糖对世居高原运动员身体机能的影响

摘    要:以29名击剑、摔跤、中长跑运动员为研究对象,正常训练期间12 d为周期连续服用以果糖二磷酸钠为成分的瑞安吉口服液,对比服用前后,结果发现:服用后击剑和摔跤运动员的无氧能力、运动后心率恢复值、乳酸消除率提高,但不显著;血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著降低;血细胞各参数变化不明显;常规指标血尿素、血睾酮明显改善.中长跑运动员服用后在上更高海拔、生理和运动负荷加大条件下各指标情况未见明显下降,瑞安吉口服液起一定积极作用.与未服阶段对比,运动员服用前后身体基本机能指标变化不明显.

Abstract:The paper took 29 athletes in fencing, wrestling and mid-long-distance race as subjects whotook Ruianji Oral Liquid (fructose sodium diphosphate oral solution) for 12 days consecutively during their normal training. Comparing the ir performance before and after taking the liquid, it turned out that the anaero biccapacity, the value of heart rate resume after exercising?the rate of blood lactate eliminating increased but not significantly for the fencers and wrestlers; the activities of CK, LDH and GOT decreased significantly; the change of blood corpuscle guidelines weren't obvious; there was obvious improvement in the le vel of blood urea nierogen and testosterone. There was not obvious decrease in mid-long-distance runners' physiological and sport-load indexes when training on the higher altitude, which attributed to taking Ruianji Oral Liquid. Compared with the condition before taking the liquid, we didn't find any change in athletes ' physical function.
