广场舞和太极拳锻炼对中老年女性动态平衡能力的影响

摘    要:摘要:目的:探讨广场舞和太极拳锻炼对中老年女性动态平衡能力的影响以及两者在改善动态平衡能力方面的优劣。方法:在50~70岁年龄阶段内招募96名中老年女性(均为非体育人口), 随机将其分为广场舞组、太极拳组和对照组,每组32人,对前2组进行为期16周的运动干预。运动干预前后,通过Balance-check动态平衡测试仪测试所有受试者的动态平衡能力,测试时间为30 s。使用单因素方差分析对实验前、实验后不同组间的差异进行检验,并通过配对样本t检验对实验前、后的每一组组内的差异进行分析。结果:运动干预前,各组间的动态平衡差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。运动干预前后,广场舞组和太极拳组受试者组内在所有动态平衡指标间的差异均具有统计学意义(P< 0.05),而对照组组内的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。运动干预后,广场舞组和太极拳组分别与对照组间的差异均具有非常显著性差异(P< 0.01);广场舞组与太极拳组在Score和Max Rot. Speed指标上的差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论:广场舞和太极拳锻炼均能改善中老年女性的动态平衡能力,且广场舞锻炼的改善效果略优于太极拳锻炼。

Abstract:Abstract: Objectives: This study aimed at exploring the impact of square dance and Taijiquan on the dynamic balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of exercise in improving the dynamic balance ability. Methods: Ninty-six 50-70 years old women (physical inactivity) were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into square dance group, Taijiquan group and control group (n=32), the square dance and Taijiquan groups finished 16 weeks exercise intervention. Before and after exercise intervention, the dynamic balance ability of all subjects was tested by the Balance-check dynamic balance tester, and the test time was 30 seconds. The differences among groups were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the differences in groups before and after experiment were analyzed by paired-sample t-test. Results: There was no significant difference in dynamic balance among groups before exercise intervention (P > 0.05). Compared with baseline, all the dynamic balance indexes in square dance and Taijiquan groups was changed significantly after intervention (P < 0.05), but no change in control group (P > 0.05). After intervention, all the dynamic balance indexes in square dance and Taijiquan groups was different from those in control group (P < 0.01), the Score and Max Rot. Speed were different in square dance group and Taijiquan group. Conclusions: Square dance and Taijiquan can improve the dynamic balance ability of middle-aged and elderly women, and the improvement of square dance exercise is slightly better than that of Taijiquan.
