| 摘 要： | 摘要：中国体育外交是中国外交活动的重要组成部分，不仅为中国外交贡献着卓越的理念与实践，也有力地推动着体育强国建设。从构建新型国际关系、构建人类命运共同体的高度，分析了我国体育对外交往工作无论是在思想认识、战略谋划、体制机制准备、决策应对，还是在外交资源整合、国际话语权的把控以及体育文化传播方面，均存在一些薄弱环节，亟待实现全面转型，从体育外事到体育外交，从部门战略到国家战略，从单一平面到立体格局，从被动参与到主动塑造，从盲目输出到自信展示，全面融入国家总体外交战略，以更好应对日益复杂的体育全球化现象，适应新时代中国特色大国外交的新形势、新要求和新任务。

| Abstract: | Abstract: China''s sports diplomacy is an important part of China''s diplomatic activities; it not only contributes to China''s diplomacy with outstanding ideas and practices, but also strongly promotes the building of sports power. From the perspective of building a new international relationship and building a community of human destiny, this study found that there are some weaknesses in the foreign communication work of China''s sports in the aspects of ideological understanding, strategic planning, preparation of institutional mechanism, decision making, the integration of diplomatic resources, the control of international discourse power and the spread of sports culture. China''s sports diplomacy needs to be fully integrated into national diplomacy with a comprehensive transformation, from sports foreign affairs to sports diplomacy, from the department strategy to the national strategy, from the single plane to the three-dimensional pattern, from the passive participation to the initiative, and from the blind output to the self confidence display, which can help us better cope with the increasingly complex sports globalization phenomenon and adapt to the new situation, new requirements and new tasks of big power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
