| 摘 要： | 教师心理健康问题正日益得到社会的关注,通过对国内外教师心理健康研究进行总结与分析,发现目前教师心理健康存在的问题,提出了目前教师心理健康研究存在的问题,并对未来的研究提出几点建议.

| Abstract: | The mental health of teacher is increasingly concerned by society. This paper makes a summary and analysis on the current research of teachers' mental health, tries to find out the problem of teacher mental health, points out that there are some shortcomings in internal research,and puts forward the suggestion on promoting this research. |
