| 摘 要： | 拟从心理学、行为学和社会学的角度出发,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等研究方法,对北京地区普通高校大学生课外体育活动现状及影响因素进行了研究,为使高校体育真正成为学校体育向社会体育过渡的桥梁,为推动高校体育深化改革提供经验借鉴和理论依据。

| Abstract: | Starting from the angle of psychology, behavioristics and sociology the present situation of physical activities after class in students of general colleges and universities in Beijing area and its influencing factors were researched by literature consultation, questionnaire investigation and interview in order that colleges and universities will really become the bridge for the transition of school physical education to social physical education. The purpose was to provide experiences for reference to promote and deepen the physical education reform in colleges and universities. |
