| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,透视困境中的大学高水平运动队,对我国高校高水平运动队的现状、存在问题进行分析研究,结果表明影响高校高水平运动队发展的主要问题有:思想认识、运动员、教练员、教育主管部门和校方管理层、项目设置、保障等,并根据这些问题提出统一认识、增加比赛机会、提高教练员水平、经费扶持、拓宽办队模式、扩大招生渠道等相应的发展对策,以期能为我国困境中的高校高水平运动队发展提供理论依据和参考价值。
