| 摘 要： | 中国是一个有着悠久历史的多民族国家,其民族文化源远流长,博大精深,在世界民族文化中占有重要地位.中国传统体育和民族舞蹈作为民族文化中的一部分,是经过历史淘洗沉淀下来的两块文化瑰宝,虽然它们现在有着明显区别的不同的社会活动模式,但在其历史发展过程中是呈交缚、分化、吸纳、共生的关系向前推进,通过对它们的历史渊源研究,从而为民族文化的研究特别是传统体育和民族舞蹈的研究提供理论支撑. |

| Abstract: | China is a country with a long history and many nationalities. Her national culture is of long standing, broad and profound, which occupies an important place in the world national culture. As parts of the national culture, the traditional sport and national dance are the two pieces of cultural gem, which were washed by history and handed down from generation to generation. Although they have their different modes of social activity, they have the characters of connection, division, absorption and coexistence in the process of its historical development. Through the study of their historical origins, the theoretical support was provided for the study of the national culture, especially for the traditional sport and national dance. |
