| 摘 要： | 大型体育场馆融资模式是指在大型体育场馆的运营当中,为了筹集大型体育场馆建设与后期经营管理资金而采取的各种融资手段以及方式方法。大型体育场馆融资模式是大型场馆运营管理模式的重要组成部分,解决好融资问题有利于场馆运营健康良性发展。通过文献综述、实地考察及比较分析等方法对大型体育场馆融资模式的现状进行分析与梳理,对各种不同类型的融资模式进行系统整理和分类,挖掘其本质特征。研究结论对未来我国大型体育场馆的融资模式的选择有一定的借鉴和指导作用。

| Abstract: | The financing mode of large sports venues means all kinds of financing ways and methods which used to raise capital for construction and coming management of large sports venues.The financing mode of large sports venues is the important part of the management of the large sports venues.Dealing well with the problems of financing will do good to the healthy development of management of large sports venues.In this paper,the authors use the methods of literature review,site visits and comparative analysis to analyze and comb the situation,classify different types of financing modes and excavate its essential character.Conclusions will have a certain effect of reference and guidance to the choice of financing modes of the large sports venues in the future. |
