神经肌肉电刺激提高肌肉力量的实验研究

摘    要:对21名大学体育系学生进行20天的电剌激训练。结果表明,神经肌肉电刺激不仅能提高肌肉的绝对力量,更为重要的是能显著提高肌肉的速度力量;电刺激对力上升到峰值的速率、力峰持续时间、力的峰值等均有明显的效果;电刺激对肌群的作用能保持后效。

Abstract:Twenty days' electrical stimulation training was conducted on 21 students from a physical ed-ucation department.The results indicated that the neuromuscular electrical stimulation could increase theabsolute force of muscle,and what is more,increase the speed force,bringing about significant effects onthe ratio of attaining the peak force,the duration of peak force and the value of peak force itself.Theeffect of electrical stimulation on muscle group was lasting.
