番茄红素对人体高强度耐力运动后氧自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:为了探讨番茄红素对人体高强度耐力运动后氧自由基代谢的影响.将70名在校大学生随机分为两组,口服番茄红素组和口服生理盐水对照组.运动方式为4 000 m跑.在运动前45 min,运动至1 500 m,2 500 m和3 500 m处分别服用番茄红素溶液和生理盐水.在运动前和运动结束后分别抽取静脉血,检测血中的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-ACO)并进行比较.研究发现:番茄红素组的受试者静脉血中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD和总抗氧化能力(T-ACO)与生理盐水对照组相比明显升高(P<0.05),而丙二醛(MDA)明显低于对照组.表明:番茄红素能够增强人体在运动后的抗氧化能力.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of lycopene on human radical metabolism after high intensity endurance exercises,this study randomly divided 70 college students into 2 groups,which are drinking the lycopene solution group and the drinking physiological saline group.The sports pattern was 4000 meters race.The students of each group were respectively given lycopene solution or physiological saline 45 minutes before running,and then each group took oral lycopene solution or physiological saline at 1500 meters,2500 meters and 3500 meters points respectively.The blood samples were drawn before running and after running immediately,the contents of MDA SOD,and T-ACO were determined instantly,and then compared the data.The results of this study indicated that The contents of MDA of lycopene solution group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05)The contents of SOD,T-ACO of lycopene solution group increased notably.(P<0.05)In conclusion,Lycopene solution can effectively enhance the person's ability of anti-oxidation.
