广场舞与健步走锻炼对中老年女性静态平衡能力的对比研究

摘    要:摘要:目的:探讨广场舞和健步走锻炼对中老年女性静态平衡能力的影响效果。方法:选取120名中老年女性为研究对象,其中广场舞组40人,健步走组40人,对照组40人,每组中年女性与老年女性的人数比例为1:1。采用平衡测试仪测试双足闭眼和单足睁眼状态下各压力中心移动轨迹指标的值,测试时间均为10 s。结果:广场舞组和健步走组各平衡指标的值都显著小于对照组的相应值(P<0.05);广场舞组各平衡指标的值显著小于健步走组的相应值(P<0.05)。老年广场舞组与中年无锻炼组在各平衡指标间的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);单足睁眼站立时,老年健步走组的动摇总轨迹长(TL)与中年无锻炼组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:广场舞和健步走锻炼都能显著改善中老年女性的静态平衡能力;广场舞锻炼对中老年女性静态平衡能力的改善效果要优于健步走锻炼,且能使老年女性静态平衡能力的水平达到无锻炼的中年女性的水平。

Abstract:Abstract: Objectives:The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of square dance and fitness walking exercise on static balance ability in middle-aged and older women. Methods: One hundred and twenty middle-aged and older women were selected and divided into 3 groups: square dance group, fitness walking group and control group with 40 women in each group. The proportion of middle-aged and older women was 1:1 in each group. Balance tester was used to assess the values of moving track index of each pressure center under double feet standing with eyes closed and single foot standing with eyes opened among 10s testing time. Results: The values of balance parameters in square dance group and fitness walking group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the values of balance parameters in square dance group were significant less than those of fitness walking group(P<0.05). There was not significant difference in the values of balance parameters between the older square dance group and middle-aged non-exercise group(P>0.05). Under single foot standing with eyes opened, there was significant difference in total length of swinging path way (TL) between the older fitness walking group and middle-aged non-exercise group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The square dance and fitness walking exercise can improve the static balance ability of middle-aged and older women. The improvement effect of square dance on static balance ability of the middle-aged and older women is significant better than fitness walking. Square dance can make the level of the static balance ability of the older women reach the level of middle-aged women without exercise as well.
