广东省体育后备人才培养现状及对策研究

摘    要:运用文献资料、调查等方法,对影响广东省体育后备人培养因素进行了研究.结果表明:其影响因素主要是后备人才的训练和管理体制不顺畅,职能不清;设项重点不突出;训练与输送脱节;体校的办学方向、进、出口面临困难与挑战;学训矛盾仍突出、体教结合脱节;教练员的综合素质和水平亟待提高等等.提出深化后备人才培养体制改革;以"突出奥运优势项目,兼顾全运大项"为方针,突出重点,优化培养结构;坚持科技兴体的道路;完善省内竞赛制度等对策.研究旨在为有关部门制定体育可持续发展战略提供科学依据.

Abstract:Through the approaches of documentary and investigation,the factors which affect P.E.reserve talents in Guangdong Province have been studied.The results show as follows: the reserve persons' training and the administration system don't coordinate.There is not enough stress on the main training courses.Training divorces from conveyance of talents.The P.E.schools are facing a lot of difficulties and challenges.Coaches' comprehensive qualities and their ability levels must be improved quickly.The author puts forward the system reform of training reserve persons.Take "Stress on the advantageous events in Olympic Games and give consideration to main events in the Whole Country Sports Meeting" as a guiding principle.The P.E.should be promoted with science and technology.Competition system should be improved.The target of the study is to provide a scientific basis for sustainable development strategy of P.E.
