| 摘 要： | 研究了近三届体操世锦赛单杠决赛中飞行动作的发展状况及其与成绩的关系.结果表明:飞行动作数量和难度均有一定发展,后空翻两周越杠类动作成为主流动作,各种形式的特卡切夫直接连接被广泛采用,前空翻类型动作日趋减少,马尔凯洛夫的使用甚少.单杠比赛成绩与飞行动作的数量和难度无直接联系,而与整套动作的质量和下法稳定性直接相关.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the development of flight element in horizontal bar in the final in the recent world gymnastics championship and its relations with the results. The result shows that the quantity and difficulty of the flight element have certain development, the type movement of double salto backward over the bar has been adopted extensively, the direct connection of Tkatchev of all forms becomes the mainstream, the type movement of salto forward decreases day by day, and Markelov is less seen. Difficulty and the quantity of the flight element in horizontal bar do not have direct connections with the match results, but the quality of all movements and the stability of the dismount are directly related with match results. |
