| 摘 要： | 北京2008年奥运会,为我国竞技体育的突破式发展提供了重要契机。为使我国成为有重点全面发展的竞技体育大国,必须根据我国经济体制改革、社会发展水平的大背景,完善新时期的举国体制和竞技体育的管理体制。通过分析我国竞技体育管理机构设置及职能、我国竞技体育运行机制,论述了我国竞技体育管理体制与运行机制自身存在问题,并提出了后奥运时期我国竞技体育管理体制改革的思路和策略。
