我国优秀女子链球选手旋转技术时空特征研究

摘    要:通过运用三维运动学分析的方法,对我国现役4名最优秀的女子链球选手旋转技术进行研究发现,张文秀旋转过程中重心整体上下起伏程度偏大,用力阶段上体伸展幅度大,对器械的控制能力较强,符合右脚"晚抬早落"的技术要求,王峥重心上下起伏程度大,左侧上体转动速度过快,对器械的控制能力差,存在提前转动对器械加速的现象。刘瑛慧旋转阶段重心起伏程度较小,对器械的加速现象不明显。郝帅旋转过程中对器械控制能力差,加速现象不明显,手臂有提前用力的现象。

Abstract:By using three-dimensional kinematic analysis method,the paper researches the rotary hammer techniques of China's four elite female athletes and finds that in the rotation,the gravity center fluctuation of Zhang Wenxiu is too large.In the phase of force,the upper body stretches at a large extent.And he has a relatively strong capacity to control the instruments.His right foot complies with the technical requirements of carrying as early as late fall.WANG Zheng fluctuates large by the center of gravity.And h...
