| 摘 要： | 为探讨我国优秀女子摔跤运动员身体形态特征,对87名女子摔跤运动员身体形态指标进行测试和统计分析。结果表明:与一般女子摔跤运动员相比,优秀女子摔跤运动员具有上肢较长、去脂体重高、体脂含量低和腰臀比值低的形态特点;不同体重级别优秀女子摔跤运动员在身体长度和宽度比例以及体脂含量较为一致,显示出适应项目竞技需要的共同形态特点,但级别越大的运动员,体型越粗壮;优秀女子摔跤运动员身体形态主要由身体充实度因子、身体长度因子和身体成分因子构成,表现出:体型粗壮、上肢长和体脂含量低的特征;克托莱指数、上肢长和体脂百分比3项指标,可作为评价女子摔跤运动员身体形态特征的典型指标。

| Abstract: | To study the morphological profile of Chinese elite female wrestlers,this paper tested and analyzed the morphological indexes of 87 female wrestlers.The result shows that compared with the common female wrestlers,the elite female wrestlers have long arms,high fat-free mass,low body fat percent and low WHR.The elite female wrestlers of different grade have the similar proportion of stature and body fat percent but the elite female wrestlers is more stronger with the higher grade.Elite female wrestlers includ... |
