| 摘 要： | 为学校体育场馆对社会开放建立安全责任纠纷的处理模型和责任界定,通过明确的责任归属和范围界定,使学校体育场馆对社会开放中产生的安全责任纠纷有处理的依据。建立学校体育场馆对社会开放的长效机制。保护学校的利益,维护公民在体育锻炼中的合法权益,构建多元化群众体育服务体系。

| Abstract: | This paper makes attempt to analyze the management model and responsibility definition for safety liability dispute in the school sports facility opens to society,which provides a basis for managing such dispute through specific responsibility definition and scope demarcation with the purpose to establish a long-acting mechanism for the school sports facility opens to society.In this way,this paper seeks to construct a multiplied mass sports service system to protect the interests of schools and legitimate rights and interests of citizens in physical exercises. |
