摘    要:目的:观察白藜芦醇对小鼠免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠游泳训练的方法复制疲劳模型。30只健康昆明种小鼠随机分成3组,对照组、运动组、运动 白藜芦醇组,每组10只。游泳训练6周,6周后进行力竭游泳。测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力,胸腺和脾脏指数,小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:白藜芦醇组与运动组比较,运动小鼠力竭时间明显延长,腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力明显增高(P<0.05),脾脏指数、胸腺指数变化明显增加;小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量下降。结论:白藜芦醇可提高机体免疫力和抗氧化功能。

Abstract:Objective : The effects of resveratrol on immune and antioxidative functions of mice were observed.Methods: Thirty healthy male Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 mice in each group: control group,exercise group;exercise resveratrol group.The swimming training is 6 weeds,carry on strength to exhaust and swim 6 weeks later.Measure Physical Performance,the ability to engulf chicken's erythrocyte of little mouse's abdominal cavity's macrophages,calculate the thymus and spleen index,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA.Results:The group of exercise resveratrol obviously lengthen the duration of exhaustive swimming,increase the ability of engulfing of abdominal cavity's macrophages compared with exercise group,The impact on spleen index,thymic index is obvious improve.The activity of SOD was increased,but the content of MDA was decreased.Conclusion: Resveratrol could improve the immune and antioxidative functions of mice.
