| 摘 要： | 在当前的教育理念中,"育人为本"和"以人为本"的教育价值观是很有争议的两种,但往往被理解为不相融的或是两种极端.从两种不同教育观的价值取向出发,在深刻理解其涵义的基础上,从社会发展需要和人的发展需要的角度进行分析讨论,从二者融合的视角对体育教学改革的大方向提出自己的见解,并分析讨论其给体育教学目标、内容、方法、评价和师资等方面带来的影响,为学校体育改革提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | In the present educational thoughts, people-orientation and cultivation-orientation are controversial issues and generally regarded impossible to integrate or as 2 extremes. The paper analyzes the possibility of integrating two of them from the aspects of social demands and personal demands for development based on a profound understanding of their connotation, discusses the influences on teaching aims, contents, methods, appraisal and teaching staff of physical education, thus offering reference to reforms on physical education. |
