| 摘 要： | 运用实地考察、专家访谈及问卷调查等方法,在对天津女足较系统客观审视基础上,着重揭示其存在不足及具有推广意义经验启示,并针对性提出现阶段我国女足发展可借鉴对策思路,为探索天津女足及中国女足以重点地区为突破口的"二次创业"战略发展提供参考依据。研究显示:天津女足在管理体制上亟待强化、健全结合型专业女足发展模式及扶持基层女足等政策制度保障,针对女性教练少及待遇低、缺乏业务交流等问题,待建立激励、培训交流制度等。具推广意义经验启示有业务主管部门专门化及各领导层次专人化的组织领导保障;在市女足、梯队及竞技系列方面,树立了国内领先专业女足俱乐部发展模式成功典范,响应上层改革动向机遇,整体呈现向"院校化"发展及校园足球活动方向转移趋势以优化培养体系环境,并建立了教育部门办体校"教体结合"模式经验;在校园足球方面,率先推出了一系列创新性举措成为全国发展典范等。

| Abstract: | based on a systematic and objective review,the paper probes into the shortcomings and the meaningful experience and enlightenment of women’s soccer in Tianjin,and provides countermeasures for the future development of Chinese women’s football so as to provide references for the strategic development of "second undertaking" with the breakthrough in the major regions for Tianjin and national women’s football.The research shows that: we should strengthen the system of the Tianjin women’s football team,perfect the combined developmental pattern of professional women’s football and policies that help the grassroots women’s football and establish the encouraging and communicating system to solve the corresponding problems,such as inadequate female coach,low compensation and lack of communication.There are some experiences we can learn from.We should specialize the different departments in charge and leadships at different levels.In aspect of competition and the team set of the women’s football,we should set up the successful example of professional women’s football developmental pattern,grasp the chance of reformation to develop into school football so as to improve the cultivation environment,and set up the model of education combined with football training and education held by educational department.In teenagers’ football,the team took a series of initiative measures in advance,which is the representative throughout in our country. |
