| 摘 要： | 为了深入全面了解大学生对高校体育的动机、态度、意见和要求,通过对四所高等学校大学生的调查,了解到当代大学生体育动机、态度,并以此为依据,诱发出对高校体育教学改革的思考,阐述了高校体育教学改革的思路、内容与方法,认为:1)高校体育改革必须处理好国家需要与个人需要的关系、近期效果与长远需要的关系;2)高校体育要重视课内外的结合;3)理论与实践相结合,实现高校体育课程目标的正确定位;4)重视发挥体育教学评价的激励功能.

| Abstract: | In order to understand thoroughly and comprehensively the students' motivation, attitude, opinions and requirement of sport the students in 4 institutions of higher learning were investigated and the motivation and attitude of the contemporary students to sport were known. Based on the results, the consideration of how to carry out physical education reform in colleges and universities was induced. The train of thought, contents and methods for physical education reform in colleges and universities were expounded. It was considered that 1. In reforming physical education of colleges and universities relationships between the needs of the country and the individual as well as effects in the near future and in the long term should be very well managed. 2. The combination of physical activities either in class or after class should be stressed. 3. By the integration of theory with practice the correct goal-orientation of PE courses in colleges and universities would be realized. 4.It should be attached much importance to bring the inspiring function of PE teaching evaluation into play. |
