| 摘 要： | 特殊学生群体是高校体育教学中不容忽视的一部分,体育保健课的目标定位与教材内容开发,是课程改革的难点问题.通过对全国部分代表性高校的调查研究,设计并实施了适应新课程改革的体育保健课教材内容体系,提出以学生为主体,发展学生整体健康观及东西方健身术优势互补的设计理念,并导入垫上运动科学体系等新内容.

| Abstract: | Special students' group can be seen as an indispensable part of physical education teaching in higher education. It is the key problems for the reforms of P.E. curriculum to develop the teaching materials and set up the purpose of sports health courses. This study conducts a survey in a sample of parts of representative institutions in the nation wide, designs and implements the teaching content system which is adapted to the reforms of new PE curriculum. It is proposed to implement the main teaching principle of "taking human as criteria", thereby developing students' ideas of health care and inter-benefiting the traditional ways both in the East and West to fulfill the goal which will definitely improve levels of all the students. |
