| 摘 要： | 根据目标反馈的原理 ,建立了高校公共课体育教师综合评估指标体系 ,利用主成分分析法确定因素权重 ,采用 Fuzzy综合评价方法进行了评估实验研究 ,其结果是令人满意的 ,为体育教师评估的常规定性管理转变为科学定量管理提供了经验。

| Abstract: | According to the principles of objective feedback, the comprehensive evaluation system for teachers of physical education courses in colleges and universities was established. The principal component analysis was applied to determine the importance of the factors. And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to carry out the evaluation experimental study. The results were satisfactory, which provided experiences for transforming the conventional qualitative administration into the scientific quantitative administration. |
