| 摘 要： | CUBA联赛是我国篮球运动的一种新生事物,具有深厚的大学生基础和良好的发展前景,但还远未达到为CBA联赛乃至往国家队输送后备人才的目标。CUBA联赛教练员对提高联赛的竞赛水平起着至关重要的作用,本文对CUBA联赛教练员现行的管理机制进行了深入分析,提出了完善CUBA联赛教练员管理机制的途径与方法,主要包括实行岗位聘任,采用契约式管理,建立完善的聘任机制和明确培训目标,提高培训的系统性和长期性以及强化激励制度,激活人才活力,提高用人效益等三个方面。旨在通过对CUBA联赛教练员的管理机制的深入研究和探讨,建立更加科学化、人本化的CUBA联赛教练员管理机制,推动我国高校篮球事业更快的发展。
