| 摘 要： | 通过比较分析体质与健康研究的基本内涵与发展趋势,认为建构基于体质评定的健康评价体系和信息服务平台理论上是可行性,技术上是可靠的。健康评价体系和健康信息服务平台是全民健身服务体系的重要组成部分;健康关联指标评价和个性化健康干预是构建健康评价体系应解决的核心问题;政府行为的外部性机制是健康信息服务平台稳定、有序运行的保障机制;健康信息服务平台运行的技术支持来源于市场需要;兼顾健康信息服务的公益性和商业价值是服务平台运行流程的最显著特征。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the basic connotation of constitution and health,it shows that the theory which based on the health evaluation system and information service platform is feasible,and reliable in technology.The improvement of health evaluated system and information service platform provided effective ways of industrialization of physical research;it is effective means and technical support for promoting health of people and also is the core of physical research and National Fitness Service System. |
