| 摘 要： | 对跨栏、摔跤、艺术体操和羽毛球4个项目、12名运动员进行大赛前心理准备的测试，在收集、分析这些个案研究的基础上，提出为中国优秀运动员提供心理学服务的形式、一般程序和基本特点，以及常见的主要心理问题。

| Abstract: | Pre-competition tests for mental preparations were made on 12 hurdlers, wrestlers, rhythmic gymnasts and shuttlers. Based on the collection and analysis of those case studies, the patterns, the general procedure and the basic characteristics of sports psychological services as well as the main and familiar psychological problems were put forward for the Chinese elite athletes. |
