联合抗氧化剂对一次大强度运动后运动员T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px及MDA的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨一次性大强度离心运动以及联合抗氧化剂干预对运动员抗氧化能力、氧化应激以及脂质过氧化损伤的影响;方法运动员16名,随机均衡的分为对照组、实验组,受试对象服药2周后,进行一次性大强度离心跑台运动,分时相测定SOD、MDA、T-AOC、GSH-Px。结果:实验组服药后T-AOC水平即开始升高,非常显著高于服药前水平(P<0.01),运动后实验组各时相均显著高于对照组(P<0.01-0.05);SOD活性,实验组服药后有所升高,运动后即刻显著(P<0.05),24 h非常显著性(P<0.01)高于对照组,48 h高于对照组;实验组GSH-Px活性,运动后即刻显著(P<0.05)、48 h非常显著(P<0.01)高于对照组;运动后两组运动员MDA水平均呈升高趋势,实验组运动后24h显著(P<0.05)4、8 h非常显著(P<0.01)低于对照组,其他各时相升高幅度均低于对照组。结论:联合抗氧化剂能有效提高机体抗氧化能力,减轻大强度运动引起的氧化应激、脂质过氧化损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the effect of one-off high-intensity centrifugal exercise on intervening to athletes' antioxidant ability,oxidative stress and lipid per-oxidative injury by compound antioxidant.Method: 16 athletes are assigned randomly into experiment group and control group.After the objects have dosed for two weeks,they take a centrifugal strenuous treadmill running.And then test the SOD,MDA,T-AOC,GSH-Px in respective times.Result: After giving compound antioxidant the T-AOC of experiment group gets increasing,more significantly than that before.(p<0.01),After exercise all times of experiment group are all more significantly than control group(p<0.01-0.05);after giving compound antioxidant activity of SOD get higher,immediate post exercise get significantly (p<0.05),after 48h get significantly higher than control group(p<0.01);the average level of MDA of two group increasing highly after exercising,experiment group get significantly lower than control group after 24h(p<0.05)and get high significantly after 48h(p<0.01).And the increasing extent lower than control group at the other phases.Conclusion: High-intensity exercise can induce the increasing of free radical.The experiment group's antioxidant ability increases obviously after have taken the compound antioxidant.And the MDA level decreases in serum after exercise.It shows that the compound antioxidant has the ability of increasing the antioxidant ability and abating the oxidative stress,lipid per-oxidative injury and the decrease of antioxidant ability which induces by exercise.
