低氧运动对肥胖大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血脂代谢的影响

摘    要:摘要:目的:探究低氧和运动对胰岛素抵抗以及血脂代谢的影响。方法:5周龄雄性SD大鼠46只,随机分为对照组和高脂组,进行8周高脂膳食喂养,通过空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平测定,葡萄糖耐量试验,判断建模是否成功;将建模成功大鼠进行4周的低氧运动干预,于末次干预后腹主动脉取血进行指标测定。结果:8周高脂膳食后高脂组大鼠较对照组体重增加(P<0.01),FPG虽未见显著性变化,但FINS和HOMA-IR有明显升高(P<0.01),ISI显著性减小(P<0.01),葡萄糖耐量出现严重受损;4周低氧运动后大鼠体重下降(P<0.05),糖耐量受损程度减轻,且胰岛素抵抗程度减轻,胰岛素敏感性增大;血清脂代谢指标 TG、TC 和 FFA均出现显著或极显著性低于常氧安静组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而 HDL-C 则显著性高于常氧安静组(P<0.05),低氧运动对LDL-C影响不大(P>0.05)。结论:低氧运动可有效改善肥胖诱导的胰岛素抵抗,这可能与血脂代谢的改善有关;低氧运动对胰岛素敏感性的改善较单纯低氧或常氧运动有更好的趋势。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of hypoxia and exercise on insulin resistance and blood liquid. Methods: Forty-six male five-week old SD rats were randomly divided into control group and high-fat-fed group; fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin level and glucose tolerance were used to determine whether the model is successfully established. Then rats with insulin resistance suffered four-week hypoxia and/or exercise. The blood in abdominal aorta was collected and some indicators were measured after last exercise. Results: Compared with control group, the body weight of rats significantly increased after 8 weeks high fat diet (P < 0.01), FPG level had no change (P > 0.05), FINS and HOMA-IR increased (P < 0.01), ISI significantly decreased (P < 0.01), and glucose tolerance was severely damaged. After four-week hypoxic exercise, the body weight of rats decreased significantly (P < 0.05), the degree of impaired glucose tolerance and HOMA-IR improved, and insulin sensitivity increased; the serum lipid metabolism indexes including TC, TG and FFA of hypoxic exercise group were significantly lower than those of the normal oxygen group (Ps < 0.05), while HDL-C significantly higher (P < 0.05); hypoxic exercise had mo significant effect on LDL-C (P > 0.05). Conclusions: Hypoxic exercise can effectively improve obesity-induced insulin resistance, which may be related to the improvement of blood lipid metabolism. Hypoxic exercise has a better effect on insulin sensitivity than hypoxia or exercise alone.
