| 摘 要： | 在新世纪到来时 ,我国高校体育教育也要适应高等教育改革的要求 ,以发展素质教育为目标 ,研究如何适应市场经济发展的形势 ,改革传统的课外体育活动形式 ,建立新型的课外体育活动运行机制 ,推动高校课外余暇体育活动的蓬勃发展。本文针对高校课外活动的现状 ,分析其原因 ,提出高校开展课外余暇体育活动的对策

| Abstract: | When the new century is coming, physical education in colleges and universities of China should meet the demand of the reform of higher education. For the aim of competency education development how to meet the situation of market economy development was studied. The traditional forms of physical activities after school should be reformed and a new type of their operational system should be established in order to promote the flourish development of leisure physical activities after school in colleges and universities. Based on this situation the reasons causing it were analyzed. And the countermeasures for developing leisure physical activities after school in Chinese colleges and universities were advanced. |
