| 摘 要： | 在体育运动中 ,运动员腰部损伤中胸腰锥骨折和滑锥症时有发生 ,受伤严重者可累及脊髓、神经 ,处理不当可造成严重后果。胸腰锥不稳定型骨折的治疗目的是矫正畸形 ,恢复椎管内径 ,解除脊髓受压 ,稳定脊柱。用 Dick钉能固定脊柱 ,并基本达到上述要求 ,临床应用效果满意。有必要就有关应用解剖、骨科生物力学、手术方法、适应症和手术并发症作一概述。

| Abstract: | In physical education and sport there often occur injuries in the athletes' waists, such as fractures of dorsal and lumbar vertebrae as well as dislocation of vertebrae. In the serious wounded the spinal cord and the nerves may be involved. In case of improper treatment the consequences will be too serious. The purpose of the treatment of the unsteady fractures of dorsal and lumbar vertebrae is to rectify abnormalities, to resume the inside diameter of the vertebral canal, to free from the press to the spinal cord and to stabilize the spinal column. The spinal column can be fixed with Dick nails, the above demands can basically be achieved and the clinic application effects are satisfied. It is necessary to summarize the application of anatomy and osteology biomechanics, operation methods, the indications and the complications of operation. |
