摘    要:为比较研究无氧性间歇训练与耐力性持续训练对心肌超微结构的影响,采用强迫游泳的方式,两组大鼠分别经过6 周高强度间歇性或持续性游泳训练后,取心肌组织在电镜下观察其超微结构改变。研究发现持续训练组心肌亚细胞结构的增生及“重建”活跃,训练效果明显;间歇训练组表现肌节缩短,显示舒张不完全,训练效果欠佳

Abstract:Forced swimming was applied in order to compare and study the effects of anaerobic interval training and endurance continued training on myocardial ultrastructures in rats. The rats were divided into two groups, the high intensity interval swimming group and the continued swimming group. After 6 weeks of training some myocardial tissues of the rats were taken to observe the changes of their ultrastructures on the electron microscope. It was found that there was hyperplasia of myocardial subcellular structures in the continued swimming group and the course of their reconstitution was accelerated. Effects of training were evident. In the interval training group their myomere were shortened, showing an incomplete diastole. Training effects were not good enough.
