| 摘 要： | 对体育学术期刊编辑工作研究的现状进行了综述,发现目前研究的重点主要集中在体育学术期刊编辑素养研究、心理状态研究及编辑队伍存在问题的研究等方面,对于体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度的研究尚属空白,进而从人力资源管理的角度入手,从6个方面对体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度进行调查和研究的意义进行了论述:1)有利于编辑个体与社会的和谐发展;2)有利于编辑部的可持续发展;3)有利于提高编辑的组织承诺;4)有利于提高编辑部的组织绩效;5)有利于实现编辑部的组织目标;6)有利于提高编辑个体的生活质量和心理健康水平。较高的工作满意度才能更好地提高编辑的工作效率,促进编辑部和体育学术期刊的可持续发展。
