| 摘 要： | 以中国国家女子赛艇集训队２１名备战第２６届亚特兰大奥运会赛艇比赛的运动员为研究对象，在指标筛选基础上，运用体育测量与评价理论建立了其体能等级和评分评价标准，并对我国优秀女子赛艇运动员的体能进行了诊断，为教练员科学规划运动员的体能训练提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The subjects of the study were 21 female rowers, who had gathered to prepare for the rowing raceof the 26th Atlantic Olympic Games in 1996. The physical efficiency grades and evaluation standards of theChinese elite female rowers were set up on the basis of index selection and by applying theories of measurement and evalucation in sport. Their physical efficiencies were diagnosed so as to provide the theoretic basis forscientifically programming the rowers'physical efficiency training. |
