我国职业体育赛事服务质量模型研究

摘    要:目的:立足在娱乐价值导向背景下,定义体育赛事的服务质量,对其提供一个模型,并在审美性、技术性和功能性质量三个方面塑造具体概念,检验这一服务质量模型的适应性及几个概念之间的关系。方法:采用数据收集和模型量表对比的方法来验证假设并作出最终结论,数据收集来自中国乒乓球职业联赛和CBA联赛的体育观众。结论:研究表明,体育赛事中的服务质量概念可以定义为审美性、技术性和功能性三个维度,以及比赛氛围、大众经验、对手特征、队员表现、一线雇员、设施使用和座位空间七个二级维度。职业赛事依据此结论能更好的管理自己的服务品牌,提高自身服务质量,营造良好的赛场气氛,推进整体职业赛事水平。

Abstract:Objective: Based on the background of the entertainment value,the paper defines the service quality of sports competition,provides a model for it,explains its detailed concept from the aesthetic,technique and function perspective and examines the adaptability of the service model and relations among different concepts.Methods: The research adopts the comparative method of data collection and model scale to verify the hypothesis and make final conclusion.The data are from the Chinese table tennis professional league and CBA league audience.Conclusion: the results show that the quality service concept of the sports competition can be divided into the aesthetic,technique and function dimensions and seven secondary dimensions,including the competition environment,audience experience,component character,players’ performance,first-line employee,facility utility and seat size.Based on these conclusions,the professional competition can better manage their own brand,improve its service quality,create favorable competition environment and improve the overall professional competition level.
