| 摘 要： | 从教育必须适应社会发展需要的视角出发 ,对我国高师体育专业教育发展的现状和成因进行了调研、分析 ;从人口、教育、经济、社会诸方面发展入手 ,推断出 2 1世纪初、中期我国社会对体育专业人才的需求特征 ;提出了高师体育专业教育可持续发展的改革方向和策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that education must meet the needs of social development, this paper studied and analysed the present situation and causes for the development of physical education in normal colleges of China. The features of P.E. personnel that the society needed in early and mid 21st century were also discussed , and strategies were suggested for future reform and development of physical education in normal colleges of China. |
