| 摘 要： | 运用马斯洛的"z理论"探讨了当今竞技体育运动员的超越型自我实现的内在需求并提出该需求为竞技体育运动的存在和发展提供了强大的心理支持。同时文章运用马斯洛"z理论"对某些竞技运动员退役后面临生存需求时所遭遇之困境进行了初步的原因分析,认为目前大批竞技运动员在满足超越型自我实现需求之前并没有历经健康型自我实现需求的满足,而健康型自我实现的需求是马斯洛所提出的超越型自我实现之前必要完成的前提步骤,从而导致其退役后遭遇种种生存不适情况的出现。

| Abstract: | Based on the "Z Theory" of Abraham Harold Maslow,the paper discusses the internal causes why the athletes are keen on seeking a higher competition results,bring up a point of view that it is the need of self-conquering realization that guarantees the competitive sports' existence and development.Analysis is also made on the awkward condition of the professional athletes after their retirement and it is meanwhile found that most professional athletes go directly to make it true of their conquering self-realization at a cost of overstepping the satisfaction of the healthy self-realization,which Maslow considered the dispensable precondition of the satisfaction of the conquering self-realization. |
