| 摘 要： | 篮球思想文化建设是对篮球运动物质财富和精神财富的创立、增加和充实的过程。通过对篮球思想文化建设与教育的研究,提出了夺标、育人、娱乐、增效的篮球思想和体力、心力、外力三力合一的人本位教育原理,从而实现篮球运动员的全面和谐发展,促进和谐社会的快速发展。
