| 摘 要： | 后备人才的培养是竞技体育的战略问题，只有重视后备人才的梯队建设，我国的竞技体育才能持续发展。通过分析１９９７年中国篮球运动成绩滑坡的原因之一——后备力量培养体制不完善及后备力量严重匮乏，并对相关问题提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | The fostering of reserve forces is a strategic problem in competitive sport. Only importance is attached to the echelon building of reserve forces, can competitive sport be developed constantly. In this thesis,the reason of why the achievement of basketball in China declined in 1997 was analyzed. It was found that thesystem of fostering reserve forces was imperfect and there was a serious shortage in reserve forces. Suggestions were made to the correlative problems. |
