| 摘 要： | 运用社会调查、比较、文献资料等研究方法,对京、沪、青岛三地的体育类民办非企业单位的发展趋势、规模、具体活动、收支情况等方面进行比较研究。结果认为,尽管处于相同的制度框架之下,同具有发达的经济社会背景,三地体育类民办非企业单位发展却呈现出诸多差异。在此基础上,指出市场化程度、地方文化传统、管理模式等是其发展差异的相对显性的影响因素。

| Abstract: | The method of investigation,comparison and documentary study are used to explain the trends,size,and activities of private non-enterprise units of sports in Beijing,Shanghai and Qingdao.The survey shows,though based on the same institutional framework and the context of developed economies,the development of the units in the three areas are distinctly different.The different cultural traditions,degree of marketization and management model are the marked factors leading to these differences. |
