9~20岁男学生膝关节屈伸肌群力量发育特征研究——以河北省石家庄市学生为例

摘    要:目的:通过对9~20岁男生双侧膝关节进行等动肌力测试,探讨青少年膝关节屈伸肌群力量发育特征。方法:运用Kinitech等动测力系统对研究对象双侧膝关节进行60°/s、120°/s、240°/s三种速度的测试。结果:青少年男子膝关节屈伸肌PT值随年龄的增大而增大,不存在某个年龄段快速增长的现象,在同一年龄膝关节屈伸肌PT值均随测试速度的增加而减小;相同年龄男生比较,在同一速度下同侧屈伸肌有较大差异,且在各年龄段伸肌的PT值均大于屈肌,在60°/s下,差异在9~14岁有显著性(P<0.05),在15~20岁有高度显著性(P<0.01),在120°/s测试条件下,左侧差异在14~20岁表现出显著性,右侧差异在15~20岁表现出显著性;同一测试速度下同年龄异侧同名肌比较差异均无显著性;在同一测试速度下,H/Q值随年龄的增加显示出减小的趋势;同年龄段男生的H/Q值随速度的增加逐渐增大。结论:9~20岁男子膝关节屈伸肌群力量均随年龄的增大而增大,但表现出随年龄增长屈伸肌力比H/Q值呈递减的趋势,形成随年龄增大屈伸肌群力量差距增大的现象。

Abstract:Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to study the development characteristic of knee joints in ordinary juvenile boys aged from 9 to 20.Method: Isokinetic strength test is used to study the flexion and extension muscle of knee joints of both sides at the speed of 60°/s,120°/s and 240°/s.Results: The peak torque of muscles increased with the increasing ages,while rapid growth in a certain age does not exist.In the same age,the PT of muscles decreased with the increasing ages;At the same speed,the PT of extension muscles is bigger than that of flexion;In the speed of 60°/s,there is a significant difference in the age of 9~14(P<0.05),and a highly significant difference in the age of 15~20(P<0.01).In the speed of 120°/s,there is a significant difference in the age of 14~20 in left side and in the age of 15~20 in right side.In the same speed,there is no disparity between different sides in same age.The H/Q value decreased with increasing age and at the same age,the H/Q value increased with the increasing speed.Conclusion:The muscle strength and power all increased with the increasing ages,while the H/Q value decreased,suggesting the strength gap of flexion and extension muscle increased with the increase of age.
