| 摘 要： | 对我国由体育大国迈向体育强国的进程中评价标准和体育价值的战略定位进行研究。认为:在向体育强国迈进的过程中关于体育强国的评价标准是前提;在对体育自身价值与社会价值认识的过程中,存在着重体育社会价值轻体育自身价值的误区,体育价值应是体育社会价值与体育自身价值的辩证统一;重视体育的社会价值促使竞技体育成绩斐然;忽视体育的自我价值导致群众体育发展滞后。为此,建立国际通用的体育强国评价标准,合理定位体育的自身价值与社会价值,加大学校体育和群众体育的发展力度,从根本上提高体育人口数量和质量,使群众体育和竞技体育形成良性互动,实现在普及基础上的提高和在提高指导下的普及,以此带动大众体育、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化、体育科教等领域的全面发展,提高国家体育综合实力。
