摘    要:通过测定游泳运动前后大鼠血HL、肾皮质MDA含量、SOD活性及血浆尿酸和肌配含量,发现运动后即刻肾皮质MDA含量、血浆尿酸及肌酥含量显著增高,SOD活性轻度下降。运动后2h肾皮质MDA含量、血浆尿酸及肌研含量仍处于较高水平。提示运动中及恢复期存在肾组织缺血/再灌注引起的自由基损伤,由此对运动中肾小球滤过机能及运动后肾功能的恢复产生不良影响。在运动前后均喂服FDP可有效促进运动后2h肾功能的恢复,减少脂质过氧化造成的损伤,降低血尿酸、血肌研含量。

Abstract:By determining the contents of blood HL and kidney cortical MDA, the SOD activity, the contentsof blood uric acid and blood creatinine, it was found that the contents of kidney cortical MDA, blood uric acidand blood creatinine increased remarkably immediately after exercise, but the SOD activity decreased slightly.The contents of kidney cortical MDA, blood uric acid and blood creatinine were still at the high level twohours after exercise. It was suggested that during exercise and during the recovery there were free radical in-juries, induced by the blood reperfusion in the blood deficient kidney tissues, so that harmful effects were produced on the glomerular filtration during exercise and on the recovery of kidney function after exercise. Tofeed the rats with FDP before and after exercise promoted the recovery of kidney function two hours after ex-ercise, decreased the injuries, caused by peroxidlipin and reduced the contents of blood uric acid and blood cre-atinine.
