| 摘 要： | 为了了解浙江省公务员体质状况,为全民健身提供科学指导,抽取浙江省公务员440人,进行体质测定.研究结果显示:浙江省公务员男性各年龄段和女性50～54岁年龄段的BMI评定均处于超重范围,应加强体重控制和身体成分的监测;20～24岁人群心肺耐力相对较差,应加强心肺耐力的锻炼;20～39岁女性前臂和手部肌肉力量较差,应加强上肢肌肉练习;女性的柔韧性和平衡性相对好于男性;男、女性公务员的灵敏性都相对较好;体质综合评价男性合格率为93.3%,女性合格率为97.9%.

| Abstract: | In order to explore the current situation of officials' constitution in Zhejiang Province and provide scientific guide for their fitness exercise,this study conducted a measurement of physical fitness in a sample of 440 officials in Zhejiang Province.The results indicated: 1) The male and the female in 50-54 officials' BMI evaluation were overweight,therefore the body weight and composition should be supervised and controlled periodically;2) The cardiopulmonary function of the officials in 20-24 was weak,thereby more aerobic exercise should be conducted;3) The muscle strength of forearm and hand of the female officials in 20-39 were weak,thus weight exercise should be done to improve the arms' strength;4) The flexibility and balance ability of the female was better than those of the male;5) Both the male and female officials' agility in Zhejiang province was relatively better than Chinese average level;6) The eligible ratio of general evaluation of physical fitness is 93.3 per cent for the male,and 97.9 per cent for the female. |
