肌肉的红、白肌纤维与人体基本运动能力、动作结构的生物力学特征关系的研究

摘    要:运用实验的方法初步考察了肌肉的快、慢肌纤维对人体基本能力及动作结构的生物力学特征影响。在进行单个环节及全身最简单的运动时,快、慢肌纤维的影响主要表现在动作的力及速度方面。但在进行较复杂的全身基本运动时,快、慢肌纤维才显出对动作结构的生物力学特征方面的影响。说明快肌纤维多者,对完成复杂动作更有利。另外,实验结果也提示我们,水平越高的运动员,快肌纤维对完成运动的影响更大。

Abstract:Effects of the fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscular fibers on basic physical performance of thebody and biomechanical characteristics of movement structures were observed preliminarily. The effects of thefast-twitch and slow-twitch muscular fibers were mainly expressed in the aspects of force and velocity duringthe simplest movements of a single segment and the whole body. But the fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscular fibers did not influence on the biomechanical characteristics of movement structures until more complicatedmovements of the whole body were performed, which indicated that the more fast-twitch muscular fibersthere were, the better the complicated movements were performed. In addition, the results of the experimenthave pointed out that the higher training level the athlete has, the more the fast-twitch muscular fibers influenced on the performance of the movement.
